Objective
With a turnover of £800 million and the largest contract caterer globally, Compass needed a communications network that would facilitate staff morale as well as maintain brand standards internally and PR externally; delivering stakeholder value.
Solution
Establish Compass Group's PR and communication team and manage communication during the Compass Group/Granada merger for 96 000 employees. Redesign and relaunch Upper Crust and Le Croissant.
Delivery
We created a new company magazine called Fusion, bringing both companies together, successfully managing and delivering all PR and communications.
Benefit
In addition to the creation and management of the UK communications department, during the period of contract Compass brands under Jenvey's brand management experienced an average 11.5% year-on-year growth - exceeding budget by 8.4%.
